Traffic slowed by snowy conditions in southeast Wisconsin

KENOSHA CO. (WITI) -- Snowy conditions are slowing traffic in Kenosha, Racine and Milwaukee Counties on Tuesday afternoon, February 26th.

That snow is part of a massive storm system that is having an impact on much of the lower Midwest. Some states have seen blizzard conditions.
