Two more properties in Oak Creek's Drexel Town Square project have been sold

OAK CREEK -- More property connected to Oak Creek's Drexel Town Square project has been sold.

Two properties have been sold for a Four Points By Sheraton Hotel and a Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin center.

Oak Creek Mayor Steve Scaffidi said the latest deals mean there are just two available properties left in the 85-acre development.

Drexel Town Square's anchor building, a Meijer store, opened earlier this year, as did Oak Creek's new city hall and a Water Street Brewery restaurant.
