MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are looking for two suspects after a Marquette University student was robbed on Tuesday, April 14th.
It happened shortly before noon at the corner of 22nd Street and Wisconsin Avenue.
Marquette Department of Public Safety officials say two male suspects approached the student, displayed a weapon and demanded property. The victim gave up property and the suspects fled westbound on foot to 23rd Street, where they got into a vehicle -- heading southbound on 23rd Street to Michigan Street.
The Marquette student was not hurt.
Police are looking for a black male, 16-17 years old, with a medium build -- standing approximately 6' tall. He was wearing camouflage pants, a gray hooded sweatshirt and a tight-fitting black hat.
The second suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 16 and 18. He is approximately 5'10" tall, and he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
The suspect vehicle is described as a dark gray, full-size SUV.
