Vehicle crashes into Kinnickinnic River; MPD seeks driver who fled scene
MILWAUKEE - Police are looking for an unknown driver after a vehicle went into the Kinnickinnic River in Milwaukee on Tuesday, Dec. 17.
The Milwaukee Police Department said it happened just before 3 p.m. on W Kinnickinnic River Parkway and W. Forest Home Ave. The unknown driver struck another driver and disregarded a traffic signal, which caused the other driver to be pushed into the river.

The driver pushed into the river was the only person in the vehicle and was treated on the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.
The unknown driver fled the crash scene. It is an active investigation.
