Viewer tip helps U.S. Marshals capture Gualberto Fuentes

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- After more than three years on the run, a viewer tip helps bring a wanted fugitive, Gualberto Fuentes, to justice.

Fuentes was accused of a violent sexual assault against a stranger back in 1994. He served time for the crime near a West Allis grocery store. But when he got out, U.S. Marshals say he violated his parole.

A viewer tip lead law enforcement to a home off of 7th and Fiebrantz on Tuesday morning, April 30th. Marshals tell FOX6 News, Fuentes barricaded himself inside -- and law enforcement had to break in to make the arrest.
