They are digging out from under five to eight inches of new snow in Lake Geneva.

People who live in Walworth County are digging their way out from between five and eight inches of heavy, wet snow that fell from Tuesday night, Dec. 29 into Wednesday morning.

People who were visiting Lake Geneva did not seem phased by the new snow and chilly winds coming off the lake.

City crews did a solid job getting the main roads and walkways cleared -- and properly salted.
