The first happened at Vanguard Computers in Brookfield. Police said three men were seen on surveillance video entering the building through a window they smashed. Investigators say they were each wearing "hoodies, work gloves and garbage bags over their shoes." Police say they stole "five laptops," each valued at up to $300, and then got away.

The next night, investigators say the men came back to Vanguard. Police say they got in through the same window that had since been boarded up. Surveillance video allegedly shows the trio using "a forklift to pull pallets of computers and monitors" from the warehouse to the loading bay. Police say that time, they left empty-handed.

The next day, police said the same group stole a truck in Oconomowoc – and took it to Paragon Development Systems (PDS). Police said they "cut a hole in the side of the building" and got inside next to a pallet of computers. This time, the group took "723 items," valued at more than $870,000.

Using FLOCK cameras, cellphone and rental car records, police ultimately traced the crimes back to Batista-Agra and Rosales Garcia.

When police arrested Rosales Garcia, he "admitted to his involvement as a lookout during each of the three burglaries," the complaint says. Police said Rosales Garcia identified Batista-Agra as the "leader of the criminal enterprise" involving ten people.

Investigators said Batista-Agra has "several prior arrests for warehouse burglaries" including a 2009 Miami case for "interstate shipment theft." Police said the groups had been "casing the businesses" in the days before the burglaries.
