Wauwatosa man arrested for OWI 4th offense; had 2 arrest warrants
MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. - A Wauwatosa man was arrested for OWI 4th offense after a traffic stop on I-94 in Milwaukee County on Friday morning, Jan. 31.

What we know:
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, at about 9:24 a.m., a state trooper conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding and a seat belt violation on I-94 near 108th Street.
During the stop, the trooper saw signs of possible controlled substance impairment, and conducted a field sobriety test.

37-year-old Gavin Gallitz was taken into custody for OWI 4th offense.
Gallitz was taken to the hospital for a legal blood draw and controlled substance evaluation.
He was booked into Waukesha County Jail for two arrest warrants relating to operating under the influence and a probation violation.
He was further charged with OWI 4th offense, operating after revocation 2nd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
