We Energies crews dealing with several power outages after rain, high winds

MILWAUKEE -- Hundreds of We Energies customers are still without power this morning after yesterday's rain and high winds.

The majority are in Milwaukee County -- where more than 1,000 customers are still in the dark.

Ozaukee, Racine and Walworth Counties also have a significant number of outages this morning.

Crews are now, and have been all night, working to restore power to affected customers.

As of 10:30 p.m. Wednesday night, December 23rd, there were 3,500 customers without power — down from 5,500 customers.
