West Bend police arrest 17-year-old girl, 18-year-old man for lewd and lascivious behavior

WEST BEND -- West Bend police say a 17-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man were arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior early on Sunday, August 9th.

Shortly before 1:30 a.m., officers were called out to an apartment complex in the 2000 block of Barton Avenue for a report of a male and female, both unclothed, engaging in sexual activity.

When officers arrived, the man fled on foot, but he was later located and identified as an 18-year-old from Lac Du Flambeau.

The female was identified as a 17-year-old from Minocqua.

Both the girl and the man were in West Bend visiting friends and had been drinking alcohol prior to the incident.

The 18-year-old man was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, sexual assault of a child over 16 years of age, obstructing officers and also issued a citation for underage consumption of alcohol.

The 17-year-old girl was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and issued a citation for underage consumption of alcohol.
