WEST BEND, Wis. - West Bend police said a missing 16-year-old boy last seen Sunday evening, Nov. 15 was found safe.
There was concern after police said Carlos Canales-Lopez left his home in West Bend on his own around 5 p.m. Sunday and did not return.
Canales-Lopez has a medical condition that requires medication.

Again, he has been found safe.
