RACINE, Wis. - Investigators say he’s a high-level drug dealer who should be serving his sentence. On the day, Juan Servantez was supposed to turn himself in, U.S. Marshals say he instead went on the run.

What we know:
The 52-year-old has a lengthy criminal past with convictions for battery, fleeing from officers and resisting, but investigators say he’s best known for dealing drugs.

"He was arrested and found to be in possession of over 400 grams of cocaine and fentanyl and also over 2,500 narcotic pills," Seeger said.
Timeline:
In 2023, Servantez was the target of a federal drug investigation. He took a plea and was put on GPS monitoring as he was awaiting prison. On the day, Servantez was set to turn himself in, his GPS bracelet was found near the Racine County Jail, and he was nowhere to be found.
"He cut off his GPS monitoring bracelet and has now been on the run from law enforcement since," Seeger said.

Servantez sometimes goes by "John" or "Johnny" and has a tattoo of a woman on his forearm. Investigators say he is a member of the Latin Kings gang and has ties to Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee.

"With him being a large level drug dealer, it's pertinent that we get him off the streets and serve his federal sentence," the US Marshal said.
