Woman shoved to the ground, has purse stolen at Walgreens

SHEBOYGAN (WITI) -- Sheboygan police are investigating an instance in which a woman was shoved to the ground and had her purse stolen outside a Walgreens store.

It happened around 2 a.m. at the store located at 1029 N. 14th St.

The 48-year-old victim says she saw the man standing by a Redbox DVD Rental machine when she arrived. As the woman left the store, she says the suspect asked her a question then began running toward her.

The suspect then pushed the woman to the ground and forcefully pulled her purse off her arm.

The man ran around the other side of the building to get away.

The suspect in this case is described as a light-skinned male, between 5'6" and 6'0" tall weighing 145-155 pounds. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
