Creating a winter emergency kit for your vehicle

MILWAUKEE - Nobody knows winter like Wisconsinites. With the season bringing more hazards, accidents, slips, trips and falls, it's crucial to know how to prepare in advance. Rural Mutual Insurance Company teamed up with Peter Bilgo, owner of Riverside Automotive in Milwaukee, for the Own Winter campaign to show residents what they might need to consider to help keep them safe this winter.
