A Vietnam veteran from Waukesha is changing the way our fallen military members are returned to their family. As you probably know, fallen soldiers are flown home. However, what you many not know is it's up to the airline flying them to transport the casket off the tarmac -- and how this is done did not sit well with Richard Kalashian.
