MILWAUKEE -- Your wine drinking experience at the Wisconsin State Fair will be a little different this year. 20,000 HaloVino wine glasses were delivered to the fair last week.
What's HaloVino?
It's a plastic wine glass that's reusable, recyclable and keeps the integrity of both the taste and smell of the wine -- unlike typical plastic cups. The glasses have the rounded shape of atypical wine glass and retain no plastic odor. A Whitefish Bay woman came up with the product. They're made in Sussex. Miller Park also uses HaloVino glasses in its VIP bars.
