A late start couldn't keep High School Hot Shot Kelly Howell from achieving a dream

MILWAUKEE -- (WITI)  Kelly Howell says she got a late start to swimming, but she's so natural she quickly rose to the top.  Next year Kelly will be swimming for the University of South Dakota on scholarship.  But it's not just her raw athletic ability that makes Kelly Howell a High School Hot Shot, she also spends a lot of time volunteering for Relay for Life, an organization raising money for cancer research.
