Admirals down Utica, tie team record with 8th straight win

Milwaukee, WI -- Marek Mazanec stopped all 21 shots in relief and 3 of 5 Utica shooters to help the Admirals win a team record-tying eighth straight game, a 3-2 shootout win over the Comets, Wednesday night in the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

The only other time the team won 8 in a row was March of 1989; it's the first time Milwaukee's accomplished that feat since joining the American Hockey League in 2001.
