Badgers win Big Ten hoops title outright

BLOOMINGTON, MN -- The Badgers blasted out to a comfortable lead at Minnesota Thursday night and cruised to a 76-63 victory, which allowed Wisconsin to clinch the Big Ten regular season title outright.  It's the fourth conference crown for coach Bo Ryan at UW.

Frank Kaminsky led the way with 25 points, 6 rebounds and a career-best 7 assists.  Sam Dekker added 20 points to the cause for the visitors.

The Badgers conclude the regular season at Ohio State this weekend and then they will be the top seed in the Big Ten Tournament at the United Center in Chicago, which starts next week.
