Bucks to celebrate planned new arena in downtown Milwaukee with community tailgate event

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Bucks have planned a community tailgate to celebrate the start of a new season and the planned new arena in downtown Milwaukee.

The event will begin at 2:00 p.m. next Saturday, November 7th on Old World Third Street in downtown Milwaukee.

It will feature Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and a show by rapper DMC of Run-DMC.

The party commemorates the upcoming construction of a new arena in downtown Milwaukee.

Bars and restaurants will be serving up food and drinks, and local musicians will play live, leading up to the performance by DMC.
