Bucks were looking for fifth win in last six games, but Celtics won, 112-107
BOSTON -- Just as the Milwaukee Bucks have started to gain momentum, a report from Yahoo Sports says Jason Kidd's tenure with the Bucks is on shaky ground after ownership nixed a trade he wanted to make with New Orleans. Despite the report, he and his team were in Boston on Thursday night, February 25th in search of their fifth win in their last six games.
Picking up where he left off on Monday night, February 22nd with a triple-double, Giannis Antetokounmpo went baseline, beating Jae Crowder for the one-handed stuff.
The Bucks would be down by 10 at the half.
Antetokounmpo started the third quarter off well -- taking the Khris Middleton pass and finishing making it an eight-point game.
After being down by as many as 18 points, the Bucks responded in the fourth quarter -- Jabari Parker with an alley oop finish.
The Bucks would be down by only four late until Crowder dashed their hopes with a late three from the corner.
Boston won the game 112-107.
