MILWAUKEE -- He says it is just a matter of planes, trains and automobiles. A baseball super fan is batting for a world record!
38-year-old Chuck Booth is going to at least one baseball game on each day of the 2015 MLB calendar year.
Booth says at least 35 of those games will be double-headers.
The Canada native is doing this in part with the Sports Legacy Institute to raise awareness about concussions.
He says being a super fan is no easy task.
"It takes a lot of planning. It's virtually a full-time job on the winter months. Six months prior to the trip, I was doing a couple hours each night just working out the logistics of it all. Because I've done it so many times, it doesn't phase me as much as someone when they're first starting out -- but definitely use social media platforms to help you," Booth said.
Booth says Miller Park staff members are some of the best he has encountered, and the stadium makes it on his "top ten" list.
Wednesday, July 8th marked game #115 and day #94 in Booth's record-setting attempt.
