Foreigner to perform in post-game concert following an Admirals game!
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Admirals President Jon Greenberg has announced the legendary classic rock band Foreigner will perform in a post-game concert on Saturday, March 21st after the Admirals take on the Texas Stars at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
The concert, which is sponsored by Coors Light, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, Toyota and Lee Jeans, is free to attend with a game ticket. On-ice passes, which allow for exclusive access to the concert from the ice directly in front of the state, will go on sale at a future date.
With 10 multi-platinum albums and sixteen Top 30 hits, Foreigner is universally hailed as one of the most popular rock acts in the world with a formidable musical arsenal that continues to propel sold-out tours and album sales, now exceeding 75 million.
Responsible for some of rock and roll’s most enduring anthems including Juke Box Hero, Feels Like The First Time, Urgent, Head Games, Say You Will, Cold as Ice, Hot Blooded, and the worldwide #1 hit, I Want To Know What Love Is, Foreigner continues to rock the charts more than thirty years into the game.
This will be the second appearance by Foreigner after an Admirals game. They played in front of over 15,000 fans in 2010 in their first show.
This is the first announced show in this year’s Admirals Concert Series, which feature three to four post-game concerts with national recording artists each season. Other acts to perform for Admirals fans over the years include Sugarland, Dierks Bentley, Styx, Dropkick Murphy’s, Blake Shelton, and Darius Rucker.
The rest of the acts in the Admirals Concert Series will be announced shortly.
