Game time change: Packers-Vikings matchup flexed on November 22nd
GREEN BAY -- The Green Bay Packers game against the Minnesota Vikings has been flexed to 3:25 p.m. CST, the NFL announced on Monday, November 2nd. The game will air on Sunday, November 22nd on FOX.
The NFL uses “flexible scheduling” on Sundays in Weeks 11-17. Flexible scheduling ensures quality matchups in all NFL Sunday time slots in those weeks and gives teams a chance to play their way onto primetime and into the late-afternoon 3:25 p.m. CT time slot on CBS or FOX.
The league also said Monday that the November 15th game between the Bears and Rams will move from FOX to CBS. This is the second season the NFL can "cross-flex" some Sunday afternoon games from one network to the other.
