Star H.S. QB Kafentzis re-commits to Badgers

Madison, Wi  -- 3-star dual-threat quarterback Austin Kafentzis reaffirmed his commitment to the University of Wisconsin Tuesday;  he shared that  the news on 105.7 FM The Fan.

Kafentzis had commited to the Badgers when Gary Andersen was coach; the Utah native made a visit to Oregon State after Andersen bolted UW for that job.  He mentioned that new UW coach Paul Chryst made a positive impact.

The 6-1, 195 pound qb threw for almost 4 thousand yards and 40 touchdowns in his senior season.  He ran for over 18 hundred more yards, and an additional 25 tds on the ground.
