The best offense, vs. the best defense in the Big Ten: Badgers gear up for Ohio State

MADISON (AP) — The No. 11 Wisconsin Badgers won't be taking sixth-ranked Ohio State lightly, even with the Buckeyes having to rely on its third starting quarterback of the season.

Cardale Jones is taking over for the injured J.T. Barrett when Ohio State (11-1, No. 5 CFP) takes on the Badgers (10-2, No. 13 CFP) in the Big Ten championship game on Saturday, December 6th.

Jones is making his first career start. Wisconsin defensive coordinator Dave Aranda says he's wary of the Buckeyes' ability to bust out for big plays on every snap.

The Buckeyes have the best offense in the Big Ten. The Badgers have the best defense in the league, including a quick linebacking corps.

They'll have to contend with the size of the 6-foot-5 Jones when Ohio State runs the quarterback.
