UWM beats Denver in season opener

The Milwaukee Panthers opened their season on a high note with a 71-58 win over Denver at the Cable Car Classic in Santa Clara Friday night.

Rob Jeter's team rode the hot shooting of Austin Arians. Matt Tiby posted a double double with 18 points, 12 rebounds.
