UWM Falls to UWGB in overtime, 93-86
MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Panthers had a 79-72 lead with 3:29 to play, but UW Green Bay closed on a 10-3 run to force overtime, and remained unbeaten in the Horizon League (3-0) with a 93-86 win Sunday at the U.S. Cellular Arena.
Rob Jeter's Panthers had no answer for Phoenix guard Keifer Sykes who scored 34 points.
Alec Brown had 19 points and grabbed 9 rebounds for coach Brian Wardle's Green Bay team (13-3 overall).
Milwaukee (12-6, 2-2 HL) was sparked by guard Jordan Aaron's 26 points.
Matt Tiby chipped in 20 points.
