GREEN BAY -- Big Alec Brown scored a career-high 28 points as Green Bay took control in the 2nd half of a 78-61 win over UW Milwaukee.Coach Rob Jeter's Panthers (8-23, 3-13 Horizon league) were within five after a Paris Gulley (19 points) jumper, but the Phoenix rose up by scoring the next 9 points in a 70 span of 70 seconds.Coach Brian Wardle's Green Bay team (16-13, 10-5) could wind up hosting the Panthers again in the first round of the league tournament.
