Franklin police investigate robbery of KFC restaurant

FRANKLIN (WITI) -- Franklin police are searching for suspects in the armed robbery of a Kentucky Fried Chicken near 27th and College on Friday, May 10th.Officials say workers at the restaurant called 911 at 10 p.m. -- saying the place had just been robbed.Officers from the Franklin, Greenfield, and Oak Creek Police Departments, including a K-9 unit from Oak Creek, checked the neighborhood but were unable to locate the suspects.Nobody was hurt during the robbery -- and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken.If you have information that could help police locate the suspects in this robbery, you're urged to call 414-425-2522.Monitor FOX6 News and FOX6Now.com for updates on this developing story.

Officials say elderly Franklin man has been found

Pipe bomb found inside closet of Franklin home
