Glendale police: 3 suspects fled in stolen vehicle after snatching purse from woman at Trader Joe's

GLENDALE -- Glendale police are investigating a purse snatching which happened at the Trader Joe's store at Bayshore Town Center Monday, July 18th.Police say the suspects, described as three black men, fled in a vehicle -- headed west on Silver Spring Drive.Witnesses were able to get a license plate number from the suspect vehicle -- and police learned that vehicle was stolen.The victim wasn't injured.

Can you help? Glendale police seek three females accused of punching Burger King employee

GLENDALE -- Glendale police are looking to identify three females who were involved in a fight at the Burger King restaurant near North Port Washington Road and Henry Clay Street.The fight happened during the early afternoon on February 27th.Police say the suspects punched a Burger King employee several times due to a dispute over the use of a coupon.Police say it began when a 50-year-old woman tried to use two coupons at once, and a 16-year-old Burger King employee and a Burger King manager told the woman she wasn't allowed to do that.The 50-year-old woman then made a statement indicating she was going to have her daughters come to the restaurant to beat the employees.Police say the 50-year-old woman's three daughters showed up at the restaurant and began causing problems.The main actor in this case apparently grabbed a box of sugar and threw it at two employees.At the end of this incident, one of the woman nearly forgot her car keys on the counter at the restaurant before the three woman left.PHOTO GALLERYAnyone with information that could help police in this case is asked to call North Shore Crime Stoppers at (414) 962-4258.

Glendale police: Two men, one woman arrested after pursuit

GLENDALE -- Two men and one woman were arrested following a pursuit in Glendale on Thursday afternoon, February 18th.Police say they first tried to stop the vehicle near Bayshore Town Center because the plates didn't match the vehicle.There were also bullet holes observed in the back.The vehicle took off -- stopping near Green Bay Avenue and Bender Road after officers used stop sticks.All three suspects taken into custody.

GLENDALE -- A crash shut down a major intersection in Glendale for part of the afternoon on Tuesday, February 9th.It happened near Port Washington Road and Silver Spring Drive.A tractor trailer carrying a piece of machinery rolled over around 2:00 p.m. while trying to turn onto Port Washington Road from Silver Spring.We're told a traffic light was taken out.Nobody was hurt.PHOTO GALLERY:

Police: Woman in custody after theft from Sports Authority, crash in Glendale

GLENDALE -- Glendale police say a woman is in custody -- accused of stealing from the Sports Authority store at Bayshore Town Center and then crashing her vehicle as she tried to flee.Officials with the North Shore Fire Department shut down Silver Spring Drive at Argyle in Glendale on Wednesday night, January 6th.We're told following the theft, the woman fled the Sports Authority store and headed west on Silver Spring Drive.Police received 911 calls from witnesses who indicated the woman was driving fast and erratically.Police say the woman crashed her vehicle into another vehicle at Silver Spring and Argyle.

Glendale police: Three suspects at large after pursuit ends in crash near 34th & Hampton

GLENDALE -- Glendale police say three suspects are at large following a pursuit that occurred on Sunday, December 27th.Glendale police say Milwaukee police were investigating some robberies that occurred overnight Saturday, December 26th involving a Dodge Magnum vehicle.That vehicle was spotted on Sunday by an officer on Hampton Avenue.Police say the vehicle was speeding, and officers recognized the vehicle as possibly being the Dodge Magnum involved in those overnight robberies MPD is investigating.Officers tried to initiate a traffic stop, but the vehicle took off.
