Pollinator Garden/Secret Garden

There’s a new children’s garden at Boerner Botanical Gardens that features everything from a playhouse and story book nook to a sound garden and bug garden. Brian Kramp is in Hales Corners checking out this wonderful garden that’s unlike anything else in Milwaukee.

Built in the 1930s, Boerner Botanical Gardens is a well-known family friendly outdoor garden in Hales Corners that recently added a space that was designed with kids in mind. Brian is in Margie’s Garden, the all-accessible, interactive children’s garden space that’s bringing in lines of guests since they opened last week.

ABC and 123 Garden area

There’s a new outdoor experience in Hales Corners that’s whimsical, all-accessible, and best of all an interactive children’s garden space. Brian is at Margie’s Garden’s learning the A-B-C’s and 1, 2, 3’s of this special new children’s garden.

Enchanted Cottage Area

Boerner Botanical Gardens has been around since the 1930’s, but during that time there’s never been an area specifically for kids – until now. Margie’s Garden is an accessible space that is wheelchair and stroller friendly, with dozens of visual attractions that will excite kids young and old.
