Police: 61-year-old man struck by vehicle, killed on Taylor Drive in Sheboygan

SHEBOYGAN -- A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed in the southbound lanes of Taylor Drive near Erie Avenue in Sheboygan on Monday, March 25.It happened around 11 a.m.Police identified the victim as Timothy Brown, 61, of Sheboygan.According to police, a vehicle traveling southbound struck Brown, who was walking in the southbound traffic lanes.Officers and firefighter paramedics performed life-saving measures on scene.

'Please slow down:' 2 Sheboygan County squads struck in separate incidents

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- Officials with the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 24 asked that drivers please slow down and move over when you see emergency lights, after two squads were struck in separate incidents.The first incident happened on I-43 near County Road FF.The second incident happened near County Line Road and Union Road.Sheriff's officials noted thankfully, the deputies in both incidents were not hurt.They said "this is the reason we beg and plead for everyone to move over and slow down when you see emergency lights."

Officials: Sheboygan man jumps into ambulance, strips naked, punches EMS worker

SHEBOYGAN -- A 39-year-old Sheboygan man is accused of being high on drugs, ripping off all his clothes, and punching an EMS worker in the face.According to a criminal complaint, on Wednesday, Feb. 20 two EMS workers were called to a residence near North 5th Street and Superior Avenue for a man -- later identified as George Harris -- who claimed he was having a seizure.

'Being goofy:' Woman accused in sexual assault of 14-year-old boy reaches plea deal

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- A Plymouth woman accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy during a Fourth of July gathering in 2018 in Random Lake has reached a plea deal in the case against her.Tori Mason, 33, on Monday, Feb. 11 pleaded no contest to three counts of exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child -- amended charges.

Wisconsin man charged in 4-year-old son's fatal shooting

ROSEVILLE, Mich. — Authorities have charged a Wisconsin man with second-degree child abuse in the shooting death of his 4-year-old son in suburban Detroit.Police say 27-year-old Gary Chang of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, left a semiautomatic handgun unsecured in a house in Roseville and one of the boy's siblings picked it up and shot the child Friday morning in the home's basement.The boy was pronounced dead at a hospital.Roseville Deputy Police Chief Donald Glandon says five or six children were in the house at the time of the shooting and investigators were still working to determine who pulled the trigger.Chang was arraigned Friday on one count of second-degree child abuse.
