RICHFIELD -- One of four suspects arrested by ATF Task Force agents in connection with the theft of an SUV that was stolen from a home in the Village of Richfield early on August 1st -- a crime caught on camera -- has been charged.17-year-old Corey Williams faces one count of burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime and one count of theft of movable property, greater than $10,000, as party to a crime.According to a criminal complaint, on August 1st, around 12:30 a.m., a call came in from the homeowner indicating there was a male suspect wearing red shorts inside his home on Conestoga Trail in Richfield.

Man seriously hurt when he failed to negotiate a curve on Washington County highway

WASHINGTON COUNTY -- A 28-year-old man had to be taken to the hospital via Flight for Life after a crash Sunday evening, August 6th in the Town of Barton.According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, it happened just after 5:00 p.m, and involved a single vehicle.Officials say the 28-year-old man was headed westbound on County Highway D, west of Kettleview Drive when, for unknown reasons, he was unable to negotiate a curve and left the roadway after overcorrecting.The vehicle rolled multiple times, and the driver was ejected.

Busted: Convicted carjacker, accused of stealing vehicle from elderly woman at grocery store now in custody

WEST BEND/MILWAUKEE -- West Bend police said Thursday, July 20th a wanted, convicted carjacker, accused of striking again just after his release from custody, has been arrested.Rakeem Woodley was found Thursday morning, hiding in a relative's home near 12th and Greenfield in Milwaukee.Police said around 11:15 a.m., a Milwaukee police officer located a 2008 Infiniti G35, stolen from a 75-year-old woman in a Piggly Wiggly parking lot on Washington Street near Stockhausen Lane in West Bend on July 18th, around 7:30 a.m. Woodley was found about an hour later, in the area.West Bend police responded and took custody of the vehicle and suspect.Police said the victim's vehicle was not damaged, and will be returned to the 75-year-old woman after it's processed for evidence.Woodley was arrested for strong armed robbery and operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent.
