Barrett resigns as Milwaukee mayor; headed to Luxembourg

Tom Barrett was sworn in on Thursday morning, Dec. 23 as the next U.S. ambassador to Luxembourg. The swearing-in was held at the federal courthouse in downtown Milwaukee.
