Port Washington stolen vehicle arrests, Flock cameras alerted police

Thirty Wisconsin communities are using new Flock Safety cameras that scan license plates with cameras connected to U.S. crime databases. On Easter Sunday, they helped Port Washington police stop a stolen car they weren't even looking for.
