Ismael Moreno captured, Purcell Pearson homicide suspect

Ismael Moreno, one of Wisconsin's Most Wanted, was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol on May 9 at the San Ysidro crossing into San Diego. He's accused in connection with the shooting death of Purcell Pearson in Milwaukee.
