Beaver Dam stabbing, girl run over, suspect wanted her dead, police say

A 17-year-old accused of stabbing a teenage girl and then running her over told investigators he "was trying to kill her" and that he'd been having "bad thoughts about murdering people," according to a criminal complaint.
