Brooks sentencing: Judge Dorow's emotion shows 'this was a human process'

Attorney Julius Kim, in analyzing the Darrell Brooks sentencing hearing Wednesday in which Judge Jennifer Dorow sentenced Brooks to life with no release, noted the fact that the judge was emotional in handing down the sentence and said the finality of what happened on Nov. 21, 2021 hit home.
