14-year-old 'playing with' gun killed teen, injured brother: complaint

Prosecutors say a group of teens was in a vacant garage in Milwaukee "making videos while displaying their weapons" when a 14-year-old was fatally shot. His 13-year-old brother, hurt in the shooting, said he played dead.
