Kyle Rittenhouse shooting; federal civil rights lawsuit permitted

A federal judge ruled in favor of a federal civil rights lawsuit filed by Anthony Huber’s family against Kenosha law enforcement “to hold officers responsible for their role in the events leading to his death" when he was shot by Kyle Rittenhouse during August 2020 protests.
