Wisconsin shared revenue deal reached; funds local governments, schools

Intense negotiations have led to a deal on shared revenue in Wisconsin. Gov. Tony Evers and Republic leaders in the Wisconsin Legislature found common ground that will pump more than a $1 billion into schools.
