Mostly morning rain then tapering off by the early afternoon. Cloudy and cool conditions transition to sunshine mid-week, and we stay mostly sunny through Thanksgiving. Colder air arrives by Friday and Saturday but otherwise, the weather is looking calm into the weekend. A slight chance of flurries on Sunday with still a colder-than-average pattern to end November.
