Clear and cool tonight with wind chills in the teens for some by Thursday morning. Sunny with highs in the mid 40s on Thursday. Rain and some thunder return Friday night into Saturday morning, then drying out. Easter Sunday looks mostly dry until evening when another round of rain moves in.
