Kevin Sehmer sentencing: judge speaks

Kevin Sehmer – the man convicted in the death of Josh Davies – was sentenced to prison on Friday, Sept. 6. Prosecutors said 65-year-old Sehmer punched Davies in the head over tattoos. Davies died from his injuries weeks later. The judge spoke to the court before handing down his sentence.
