Wintry weather moves out, ice concerns remain

Southeast Wisconsin's first snowfall of the season created rough road conditions in some areas Thursday morning. Crews could face a challenge Thursday night. If temperatures drop below freezing, and the ground is still wet, it could create icy conditions.
