MPS lead crisis; CDC wont help Milwaukee

The Milwaukee Health Department invited the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help with its lead investigations. But the CDC won't help because its lead program has been shut down.
