Bar owner talks after man drives into restaurant

Police say a 47 year old man rammed into a transformer and then hit Rally Time Sports Bar and Grill. He was arrested on scene for an OWI. The Boltonville fire chief confirms the driver, Bradley Enright is a volunteer firefighter for the department.
