Extradition hearing for Kyle Rittenhouse delayed; attorney says teen acted in self-defense

A judge agreed Friday to delay for a month a decision on whether the Illinois teen should be returned to Wisconsin to face charges in the fatal shooting of two protesters and injuring of another.
