Milwaukee joining Gun Safety Consortium, Common Ground turns focus to reckless driving

A Milwaukee nonprofit says it's committing resources to find a solution to Milwaukee's reckless driving problem. It comes with an announcement that could increase gun safety in Milwaukee.
